Items are sent via Fedex tracked service, and in general takes up to 5 working days (excluding weekends & Bank holidays). On this service you can request a safe place to leave your parcel i.e. porch or garage which prevents the problem of goods being returned due to no signatory being available at time of delivery. For deliveries outside of the UK, delivery will be calculated by weight and displayed in your shopping basket before you complete payment. This is normally sent via DHL.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries.
Returns Information and Exchanges
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage & packaging), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging with the original delivery note. Without this proof of purchase we can not exchange or refund. Refunds are normally made within 3 days of receipt of good’s . Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods except if it is our fault.(Wrong goods sent).
